SAD: JULIUS TARUS OF KASS FM PASSES ON

In his Eldoret home, a freelance journalist who was formerly employed by Kass FM radio station has been discovered dead. The family of Julius Tarus discovered him dead in his home at Rock 2 on Kimumu Road.

Isaac Bowen, his brother, said that Tarus had visited their rural house close to Kabenes before leaving on Sunday. He claimed, "On Monday, he was in Eldoret and he did not complain of being ill."

His family was unable to reach him on his phone on Tuesday. On Wednesday, they sent some family members to his house, where they discovered his dead. Prior to transporting the body to the goodbye home at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH), a team from the DCI was called and conducted initial investigations.
